Welcome to Enchanted Lake, Kailua, and a quaint rental home on the cool windward side.  Here you will find a local-style property located in a quiet, 50 year old subdivision with many homes and families that have been here for most, if not all, of those years.  You'll find residents from retired seniors to young children playing in their yards or walking and bicycling around the neighborhood.

Each time you drive up the cul-de-sac to the house, you'll enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Olomana, a 1600-plus foot high extinct volcano and one of Kailua's landmarks.  Not only that, the sun rises every morning over Keolu Hills.

    House rules:
    I reside in the rear house so please abide by the peace and quiet I and the neighbors have worked many years for.
  • No smoking.
  • No drugs.
  • No pets.
  • No loud music or disturbances throughout the day and especially at night.  Parties must end by 9 p.m.
  • No visitors except for immediate family members or the occasional get-togethers with friends.
  • Think "green" by saving electricity and water, and please recycle.
